The IP6K9K test chamber tests the waterproof performance of the product under high-pressure and high-temperature water spray environment and evaluates the IPX6K and IPX9K grades.
The No Housing IPX3 X4 Rain Test Chamber is a professional waterproof testing device without a shell structure of its own, meeting the requirements of water spray tests of IPX3 and IPX4 grades.
The IPX5 IPX6 water jetting test chamber performs IPX5 and IPX6 ratings to evaluate the protection of the enclosure against water jetting.
The rain spray test chamber simulates the impact of rain or water exposure on products in a natural environment. The rain spray test chamber is equipped with an adjustable-angle swing pipe system, a turntable and a precision nozzle device.

Workroom Structure
Corrosion-resistant, equipped with an observation window and lighting for convenient monitoring of the testing process.
Nozzle
The spray system uses four precisely positioned nozzles to deliver water up to 88 °C with a flow rate of 14–16 L/min.
Turntable
The turntable is specifically designed for uniform exposure of the test specimen.
Drain Hole
Strategically located at the lowest point of the chamber floor, the drain hole enables quick and thorough water removal post-test.

Installation Requirements
Ensure the water spray chamber is installed on a flat, level, and vibration-free surface to maintain proper operation and measurement accuracy.
Install the chamber in a well-ventilated area to prevent heat buildup and ensure safe dissipation of moisture and vapor.
Provide a stable and dedicated power source that meets the equipment’s voltage and current specifications, with proper grounding.
Leave sufficient space (at least 60 cm) around the chamber for heat dissipation, operation, maintenance, and ventilation.
Avoid placing the chamber near windows or heat-generating devices to prevent external temperature interference.
Connect the water inlet to a clean and stable water source, and ensure the drainage system is unblocked and compliant with local regulations.

36 Months warranty, Lifelong Follow-up Services. We have a professional after-sales team, if you have any questions during operation, we will supply solutions to you with 24 hours.
At first, our test chambers are produced based on 20 years product lifetime. Normally once test chambers have problems, we judge the problems, and send spare parts to our customers, and teach them how to change new parts on by email or video. Within 3 years, all spare parts and shipping cost (by DHL, TNT, and FedEx) paid by our company LIB.
If customers need our engineers on-site service, the company only need pay the ticket accommodation to our engineers, service is for free.
If Products still can't use after our engineer’s repair, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge. You can contact our local service center in overseas market to get service and product.
