In April 2022, a client contacted LIB to build a MIL-STD standard laboratory for testing PCBs, electronics, and metal parts. LIB planned a 7m × 8m lab and recommended five MIL-STD-compliant chambers: THR5-1000B Temperature & Humidity Chamber, THV-1000 Temperature & Humidity Vibration Chamber, RIM-0120 Rain Test Chamber, DIM-1000 Sand & Dust Test Chamber, and SC-016 Salt Spray Chamber. After bidding and evaluation in 2023, LIB's solution was selected, and the client received the equipment in April 2024, reporting full satisfaction.

In 2021, Mercedes-Benz requested high/low-temperature and oil immersion battery test.LIB customized T-350 chamber with battery clamps, power connection openings, inner compartment layout, and high-power heating tube for rapid solution heating. T-350C was delivered in Nov 2022, achieving full satisfaction.

In 2019, Apple ordered R9K-1200 for electronics waterproof testing. In 2022, customized R566K-1000 (IPX5/6 & IPX6K) for watches/speakers. 2023: 2 TH-80A benchtop chambers deployed in Seattle. March 2024: LIB conducted on-site support and training, earning praise for quality/service excellence.

In 2025, LIB delivered the TH-0098 walk-in chamber with a 98 m³ workroom, 0°C–90°C temperature range, 20%–98% RH, and 6 KW heat load. Featuring a dual electric + microwave humidification system, modular pre-assembly with dual-module refrigeration, and capacity for over 10 fully loaded motor test vehicles with 24 cable holes, it supports thousands of motors simultaneously for 72-hour continuous testing. 

2018: CERN purchased LIB's TH-100C for electronics T&H testing; positive feedback prompted University of Kansas' T-50 purchase. 2019: LIB executive visited CERN. 2023: Delivered T-150A (-20℃ to +150℃) for particle physics boards validation, getting sustained collaboration trust.

2022: SERIS requested LIB's customized large PV-panel chambers for salt spray & 85℃/85%RH tests. July 2023: client verified 48h testing. LAB door constraint (1.5m): chamber split into 3 sections for transport, reassembled on-site. LIB delivered end-to-end solutions.

In Oct 2022, Siemens Energy (Saudi Arabia) consulted LIB via UAE agent for testing impeller discs under high heat. LIB customized O-0015B with 2.5×2.5×2.5m chamber, built-in rails for heavy parts, max temperature 650°C, ±8°C uniformity, 2T load, and 100°C/h heating rate. Delivered design fully met project needs.

In April 2021, Baker Hughes consulted LIB's UK agent for testing large deep-sea oil barrels under varying temperatures. LIB customized T-4500B with multiple pipe connection ports to simulate underwater pressure, and a top hatch for easy loading. After confirming design, the unit was ordered in Dec 2021 and installed by the UK agent in Sep 2022. Baker Hughes reported full satisfaction.

T-1000B was customized with a right-side door for direct motor connection and tested at -40°C. A second unit was ordered in 2021.In 2022, TR3-500B was built with separate chamber and mechanical sections, rapid temperature change rates, extended temperature range, and an added sensor for surface temperature monitoring.

LIB quickly customized a gas corrosion resistance chamber with 30℃, 78%RH, and H₂S/NO₂ environment. Delivered in June, the chamber met all technical specifications for arc fault detection device testing. Rapid response and technical precision earned CSA's trust and opened further cooperation opportunities.

LIB provided the R-300 chamber to meet GMW16001 standard for water spray, immersion, and high-pressure testing of seal interfaces. Tailored solution and reliable quality earned trust from FRS, reinforcing LIB's strength in automotive sealing validation.

Initial consultation requested 10–98% RH range and capacitive sensor upgrade. LIB proposed TH-100A based on temperature range and sample size. The unit was delivered to UNDP Argentina and forwarded to IAEA, fulfilling specialized environmental testing requirements.
