How to Service
Our 24h opening of assistance requests can be very timely to understand your questions.
1. If the users face operation problems, our after-sales team will timely guide the operation with online assistance and send video and files.
2. If the test chamber fails, we have two solutions. First, we will arrange local service center to solve the problem on site. Second, our after-sales team will check the problem and troubleshoot. If there are damaged parts, arrange for express delivery immediately. Then instruct the customer to install the new parts. Very efficient.
3. If the customer needs on-site service, we will send engineers to go to the customer's site to solve the fault and provide training.
4. If there is a major failure of the test chamber and the customer cannot use the test chamber after receiving it, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge.
Onsite Installation
When you choose our customized test chambers or large walk-in chambers, we will provide comprehensive services from solution design, production arrangement to on-site installation.
For test chambers that require on-site installation, we will communicate with you in advance about the necessary tools and site conditions for on-site use.
Once the test chambers arrives at the your laboratory, LIB engineers will be dispatched to complete on-site assembly and commissioning.
And we also provide customers with detailed training on equipment operation and usage, guaranteeing the customers can operate the product skillfully and independently.
Equipment Maintenance
