UV lamp
The UV weathering test chamber supports up to 8 USA-made UV lamps (UVA-340, UVB-313, UVB-351), each with 40W power, offering stable performance for up to 5000 hours. This ensures consistent testing, reduces lamp replacement frequency, and improves material durability assessments.
Sample Shelf
The UV chamber features flat aluminum holders with ring structures, securely accommodating up to 52 standard specimens (75 mm × 150 mm). This high-capacity design enables simultaneous testing and ensures consistent exposure for all samples.
Spray nozzle
The chamber features 10 high-efficiency spray nozzles (five on each side) to simulate accelerated weathering through water spray, helping customers evaluate material resistance to rain and erosion for improved product durability and performance.
USB and PC link
With LAN (Ethernet) interfaces, the system supports data logging and remote management, enabling connections to computers, printers, or Internet systems for easy tracking, storing, and managing of test data.
