In June 2023, LIB Industry received an inquiry that was far from ordinary. A client approached us with a challenge - to perform temperature testing on a motor that required precise environmental control, external mechanical connection, and a physically separated controller for safety. The project would push beyond the boundaries of a standard temperature test chamber design.
From Inquiry to Innovation
The initial email arrived on June 28, 2023, complete with detailed technical drawings. The client specified that the motor must be fixed inside the temperature test chamber, while rotating shafts from both sides needed to pass through the chamber walls to connect with external equipment. To achieve this, the workroom had to be modified with precision-cut openings, all while maintaining thermal integrity and airtight sealing.

This requirement meant that the controller and the temperature test chamber could not be integrated - they had to be separated and connected via stainless steel pipelines to ensure signal stability and safe operation under varying temperatures.
LIB industry's engineering team collaborated closely with the customer, reviewing each design detail, heat load distribution, and interface layout. After several months of technical refinement, the customer confirmed the purchase order on November 30, 2023.
By February 2024, the custom conditioning chamber was completed, tested, and delivered - ready to simulate real-world motor performance under extreme temperature conditions.
