On June 9, 2025, an important Polish partner visited LIB's headquarters and factory, inspected and confirmed the purchase of two advanced test systems: a PV test chamber for photovoltaic module testing and a UVP pretreatment chamber for photovoltaic sample pretreatment.

This visit was not only an opportunity to inspect the products, but also strengthened the trust and cooperation between the two sides. During the visit, the general manager of LIB personally led the clients to tour the production line and gave a detailed introduction to the structure, functions and application scope of the PV and UVP chambers. The customer also took this opportunity to explore LIB's broader range of environmental testing equipment and showed a strong interest in future cooperation.

PV Test Chamber - Specially Designed for Long-Term Photovoltaic Module Testing
The PV test chamber of LIB is specifically designed to simulate the extreme environmental conditions of PV modules, ensuring their long-term reliability and performance in real environments. It is designed completely in accordance with the standards of IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 1703.
Main specifications:
- Temperature range: -70℃ to +150℃
- Humidity range: 10% to 98% RH
- Test volume: 1000L/customizable
- Heating/cooling rate: 3°C/min (average)
- Irradiation window: Integrated observation port and optional solar simulation
This chamber is ideal for thermal cycling, wet heat and wet freezing tests, which are required for the certification of photovoltaic panels.

UVP Test Chamber - Accelerated Pre-test of Photovoltaic Materials
The UVP (Ultraviolet Pretreatment) test chamber is used to expose photovoltaic modules and materials to controlled ultraviolet radiation before comprehensive environmental testing. This is helpful for simulating photochemical aging that occurs under long-term outdoor exposure.
Main specifications:
- Ultraviolet light source: UVA-340 or UVB-313 lamp
- Performed at a temperature of 60°C ±5°C, while subjected to UV irradiation.
- Test time: Programmable exposure cycle
- Standard: Complies with ISO 4892-3, IEC 61215 (UV Pretreatment)
This equipment is crucial for evaluating the resistance of PV backsheets, sealants and other polymer components to ultraviolet degradation.
