Strengthening the Partnership with Nidec
In 2025, LIB reached a new milestone in its collaboration with Nidec Vietnam by delivering the TH-0098 walk-in temperature and humidity test chamber, featuring a 98 m³ workroom. This advanced chamber significantly enhances batch quality testing for motor products.

This delivery builds on previous successful projects:
T-1000B and TR3-500B series customizations.
Strengthened partnership with Nidec Vietnam.

TH-0098 Key Specifications
The TH-0098 is designed for large-scale motor testing, with the following main parameters:
Temperature Range: 0°C to 90°C
Humidity Range: 20% to 98% RH
Heat Load: 6 kW

To ensure precise humidity control in such a large space, the chamber adopts a dual humidification system (electric + microwave). This guarantees rapid response and stable control across the full humidity range.
On-Site Survey and Structural Optimization
During the project's early stage, the LIB team conducted two on-site surveys at Nidec's laboratory in Vietnam. They evaluated critical factors such as:
Building layout and elevator dimensions
Door access and installation constraints

Based on these insights, the chamber's structure was optimized through multiple iterations, ensuring smooth installation and reliable operation.
Maximizing Testing Capacity
The TH-0098 chamber can accommodate over 10 fully loaded motor test vehicles and is equipped with 24 cable ports. It supports thousands of motors running simultaneously, meeting the requirement of 72-hour continuous testing.
Compared to the customer's previous use of multiple smaller devices, TH-0098:
Significantly increases space utilization
Enhances testing efficiency
Streamlines the overall quality inspection workflow
Modular Design for Easy Transport and Installation
To overcome the challenges of transporting and installing such a large chamber, LIB implemented a modular split design. The chamber was pre-assembled and numbered at the factory, then disassembled for transport. The refrigeration system was divided into two independent modules.
On-site, the technical team reassembled the chamber layer by layer, starting from the bottom load-bearing plate. The test space combines:
High-strength A3 steel exterior
SUS 304 stainless steel interior

Ensuring Quality and Reliability
After assembly, all seams were professionally welded and sealed. A weak-acid rust removal and cleaning process was performed to ensure:
Optimal sealing
Stable performance
Internal aesthetics
Comprehensive Training and Commissioning
Once installation was complete, LIB engineers provided the Nidec operation team with:
System operation training
Utility connection support for water and electricity
Full commissioning and performance verification

Multiple test points confirmed the chamber's excellent temperature and humidity control, ensuring smooth delivery.
Demonstrating LIB's Turnkey Capabilities
From initial requirements to final commissioning, the TH-0098 project demonstrates LIB's comprehensive expertise in large-scale non-standard environmental test chambers. LIB not only transforms client concepts into practical solutions but also delivers end-to-end services, including design, manufacturing, transport, and installation.
This project highlights LIB's ability to provide efficient, professional, turnkey solutions for industrial environmental testing.
